At Influence Church, our ministry flows from the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. We believe the Church is called to advance the Kingdom of God in both word and power. Ministry is not theoretical but transformational, marked by proclaiming the gospel, healing the sick, delivering the oppressed, and serving those in need. We hold together the truth of God’s Word and the power of His Spirit, living in the tension of the Kingdom that is already here yet not fully realized. This conviction drives us to pray with bold faith, live with expectancy, and trust God’s sovereignty in all things.
We pursue ministry that is naturally supernatural—authentic, humble, and Spirit-led rather than manufactured or performance-driven. As we exalt His name, His presence transforms lives and ignites passion for His Kingdom. Flowing from this encounter, we are compelled to demonstrate compassion and justice, caring for the poor, standing with the vulnerable, and expressing Christ’s love in tangible ways.
Our calling is to equip, disciple, and send Spirit-empowered believers into every sphere of influence—business, education, government, media, arts, and beyond. We exist to influence influencers, multiplying Kingdom impact locally and globally. In everything, our mission is clear: to proclaim and demonstrate the Kingdom of God with power, humility, and love.
Leadership Team
The leadership team of Influence Church is a dedicated and dynamic group committed to advancing the church’s vision of influencing culture through faith. Senior Pastors Phil and Tammy Hotsenpiller lead with visionary insight and a passion for equipping believers to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Supporting their mission are Pastors Nate and Arica Snyder, who collectively bring extensive expertise in staff development, strategic ministry initiatives, and creative ministries. Their multifaceted talents in worship, media, discipleship, leadership development, and global outreach enrich the church’s mission and inspire transformative growth.
Phil Hotsenpiller,
Senior Pastor
is the co-founder and Senior Pastor of Influence Church in Anaheim Hills, California, alongside his wife, Tammy. A visionary leader and cultural thought influencer, Phil has built a career addressing the intersection of leadership, artistry, and contemporary culture. As an entrepreneur, author, and art connoisseur, he inspires leaders and audiences with his unique insights and creative approach to modern challenges.
Phil has appeared in interviews with major media outlets, including The Washington Post, USA Today, Fox News, CNN, The Christian Post, and The Telegraph.
Phil is a highly regarded international speaker with a B.A. in History and Biblical Studies, an M.Div., and postgraduate studies at Oxford University. He has lectured for the United Nations, U.S. Embassy, Congress, and leadership conferences in India, Europe, and Central America. He has authored over a dozen books, including the acclaimed One Nation Under Law and his latest, It’s Midnight in America. A lifelong learner and sommelier, Phil brings depth, wit, and humor to his work, enriching his contributions to faith, leadership, and culture. He lives in Orange County, California, with his wife, Tammy. Together, they are the proud parents of three married adult children and grandparents to eight wonderful grandchildren.
Tammy Hotsenpiller,
Senior Pastor
is the cofounder of Influence Church and serves as Senior Pastor with her husband. She is a life coach, author, clothing designer, speaker, and leader dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace their talents, passions, and spiritual gifts. As the President of Total Life Coach, she specializes in helping people achieve balance, discover purpose, and navigate reinvention in their personal and professional lives.
Tammy is the Founder and President of Women of Influence, an organization committed to equipping, educating, and inspiring women to excel in their spheres of influence. Through her leadership, countless women have been encouraged to step into their calling and make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
A prolific author, Tammy has written 11 books, including her most recent Fasting Trilogy: Fasting the Names of God, Fasting for Miracles, and Fasting for Change. These works delve into the transformative power of fasting and prayer, offering readers practical tools for spiritual growth and personal breakthroughs.
Tammy’s leadership, creativity, and passion for inspiring others are reflected in all her endeavors, making her a sought-after speaker and mentor. She lives in Orange County, California, with her husband, Phil. Together, they are the proud parents of three married adult children and grandparents to eight wonderful grandchildren.
Nate Snyder,
Pastor
is a pastor at Influence Church and a member of its leadership team. He is a third-generation pastor deeply rooted in a legacy of ministry and faith. Growing up in Pennsylvania, he felt God’s transformative call from an early age, leading him to devote his life to building the Kingdom of God. Taking a bold step of faith, Nathanael moved to California to attend Vanguard University, where he pursued a degree in Pastoral Leadership and Ministry. He later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership from Faith International University.
With over 15 years of pastoral experience, Nathanael has been instrumental in fostering a vibrant, Christ-centered community and empowering individuals to fulfill their God-given potential. Alongside his wife, Arica, and their two children, he dedicates his life to advancing the Kingdom of God through preaching, mentoring, and strategic ministry initiatives. His vision-driven leadership continues to inspire transformation in lives and communities alike.
Arica Snyder,
Pastor
is a pastor at Influence Church and a member of its leadership team. She combines her expertise in media and ministry to make a lasting impact. With a Business Management degree from Vanguard University, she brings a unique blend of creativity and organizational skill to her role as Children’s and Media Ministry Director. Arica oversees dynamic children’s programs, designs mission-focused curricula and manages a team of dedicated volunteers. She also leads the church’s media efforts, creating compelling content and guiding a talented media team to enhance the church’s digital presence. Passionate about mentoring, Arica inspires creativity and personal growth, ensuring her work aligns with the church’s mission. A devoted wife and mother of two, she uses her storytelling talents and leadership skills to foster connection and engagement, making her an indispensable force for innovation and community impact at Influence Church.

The Influence Church Teaching Team is a diverse and dynamic group of pastors and communicators committed to delivering clear, biblical, and life-giving teaching. Alongside our Leadership Team, communicators including Jen Ramlet, Rex Crain, and Brian Barcelona bring unique voices and experiences that help people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and live out their calling with purpose. Together, the team shares a passion to communicate God’s Word with authenticity, relevance, and hope—equipping every generation to influence their world for the Kingdom of God.
Jen Ramlet
Jen Ramlet serves as Missions Pastor and communicator at Influence Church, known for her warmth, authenticity, and biblical insight. With extensive experience mobilizing volunteers and leading local and global outreach, she has helped launch impactful ministry initiatives and mission efforts. Jen is passionate about equipping people to serve both locally and globally while helping others grow deeper in their faith and community engagement.
Rex Crain
Rex Crain is an acclaimed speaker, author, and advisor with over 25 years of experience as one of the nation’s leading performance speakers. Having traveled to more than 56 countries and spoken to millions, Rex inspires executives, athletes, leaders, and communities worldwide. His teaching blends practical wisdom and powerful encouragement, helping people overcome limitations and reach their full personal and spiritual potential.
Brian Barcelona
Brian Barcelona is the Founder and President of One Voice Student Missions and founder of The Jesus Clubs, reaching thousands of public high school students with the gospel across America and beyond. Since 2009, he has mobilized churches and students to bring revival to campuses nationwide. Author of The Jesus Club and Don’t Scroll, Brian also co-founded GenZ For Jesus, inspiring a generation to boldly live out their faith.
